Barron, the youngest of Donald Trump's children, was born on March 20, 2006 to Donald and Melania. What's notable is that Barron's name was chosen by Trump himself. On The Oprah Winfrey Show, Trump shared that he “always loved the name” but was hesitant to use it. When he suggested it to Melania, he considered withdrawing the idea at the last minute, but Melania insisted, saying, “You can't take it away!” I've called him Barron since he was in my belly, and you just can't do that take more!”
Barron began his education at Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School in New York and then transferred to St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland. When Trump first assumed the presidency in January 2017, Melania and Barron stayed in Manhattan so Barron could finish his school year. However, Barron was reportedly reluctant to leave New York and the life he led there to join his family in the White House. In 2021, near the end of his father's term, Barron enrolled at Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida, where he graduated with the class of 2024.

While Donald Trump's other children took on public roles during his presidency, Barron largely stayed out of the media spotlight. However, in July 2024, he made a rare appearance alongside his father at an election rally. ABC News reports that Barron, now a first-year student at NYU's Stern School of Business, played a role in introducing his 78-year-old father to podcasts. This shift from traditional campaign methods and television appearances to a podcast-focused strategy has helped Trump connect more effectively with younger audiences.
