If your absentee ballot is on your kitchen counter, you still have time to cast it – but you should not send it by mail.

It's too late to send your ballot in the mail and make sure it gets to election officials in time to be counted. Instead, drop it off at a ballot box or polling place.

And make sure you move quickly. According to state law, all ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

From the polls to the lines, here's what you need to know to cast your ballot on Election Day.

Where can I drop off my postal ballot?

You may drop off your ballot at any in-person voting location or ballot drop box on Election Day.
