When does ALCS start? Here is the Yankees schedule for Game 1 with time and TV channel

The New York Yankees are one step closer to their goal.

They are back in the American League Championship Series after eliminating the Kansas City Royals in Game 4 of the American League Division Series on Thursday night.

The Yankees face either the Detroit Tigers or Cleveland Guardians in the best-of-seven series that begins Monday night at Yankee Stadium.

This is the Yankees' first appearance in the ALCS since 2022, when they were defeated by the Houston Astros. They are looking to win their first World Series title since 2009 when they defeated the Philadelphia Phillies.
