Washington Commanders coach gives insights into training routine during prime time

The Washington Commanders are preparing a little differently for their game against the Cincinnati Bengals this week, as the game will be part of a Monday Night Football doubleheader.

But even if the Commanders play a day later, Coach Dan Quinn's approach will not change much.

“We want to make sure that the process of how we play and how we prepare is the same whether we're in Cincinnati or here or wherever or down in Tampa,” Quinn said. “And if you're consistent with that preparation and you give it everything you need every week, then you can expect better performances over time.
