The Last Dance Star Tom Hardy (Exclusive)

Tom Hardy wants to bring Venom's film saga to an exciting conclusion Venom: The Last Danceand this adventure wouldn't be possible without the comics that introduced Venom to the world. “I’m pleased to meet you both,” McFarlane said. “I just wanted to say from a personal point of view that it was a joy to see this character that I created so long ago with David Michelinie, the writer. But what's worse is that hardly a day goes by that I don't run into someone, usually it's kids who come by and say, “Man, I just love those Venom movies, Todd.” “Oh, thanks. “I just came up with a design we had no idea about (that would catch on), and you're bringing it out into the world now, right? It was just a real joy to sit back and watch. I just want to thank you.”

Marcel told McFarlane: “We love him, we love him. We're such big fans.” Hardy added, “Thank you for creating Venom,” but McFarlane replied, “Oh no, you guys are taking it to the next level.” Hardy added, “Oh no, we get to go with him play. So thank you very much.”

The future

While this could very well be the case PoisonIf the last film is, it most likely won't be Knull's, as Marcel says The Last Dance is truly “the beginning” of Knull’s screen story. Marcel assured fans that they know exactly how important Knull is, and they hope they lay the same foundation for Knull as they did for Hardy's Venom.

“We always knew Knull, but knew we had to lay the groundwork for the character Venom and his relationship with Eddie before we could introduce him. “This is just the beginning for Knull,” said Marcel. “We're in spoiler territory now and we're hoping that part of the fun of watching this movie is not knowing what's going to happen, but trust me, we know exactly how important Knull is to fans, so We've just laid the groundwork for Venom, we hope to do the same for Knull. The King in Black is far too powerful for 'one and done'.”

Venom: The Last Dance hits theaters on October 25th.
