The Browns are surprising with the QB decision as they release inactive players before the Bengals game

The Cleveland Browns announced their inactives ahead of their Week 7 game against the Cincinnati Bengals, including, surprisingly, backup quarterback Jameis Winston.

Winston is listed as the Browns' third emergency quarterback in this matchup, meaning he can only play if something happens to the first two quarterbacks in front of him and must be removed immediately if they are cleared to resume play. Second-year player Dorian Thompson-Robinson will back up Deshaun Watson in this game.

However, two starters who came into the game as questionable are not listed as inactive. The Browns will also rely on starting center Ethan Pocic and MIKE linebacker Jordan Hicks in this game. Who joined Winston as an inactive in this match?
