A change of scenery for Stefon Diggs hasn't cleared up the bad blood with one of his long-time rivals.

Before Sunday's game, the Houston Texans wide receiver had a heated confrontation with Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander, during which the two star players had to be separated.

Diggs and Alexander appeared to exchange words on the Packers sideline, with the wide receiver lashing out at the cornerback. Packers coach Matt LaFleur stepped between the two and Packers cornerback Keisean Nixon walked up to Diggs and put his hand on the receiver's chest, causing Diggs to shove him. A Texans employee and several officials then helped lead Diggs away, but several other Packers players arrived. Then Alexander reappeared and appeared to poke Diggs' facemask as tempers flared.

The altercation wasn't the first time Diggs and Alexander got under each other's skin.

The two battled as NFC North rivals from 2018 to 2019, when Diggs was still a member of the Minnesota Vikings. The two got into trouble again in 2022 when Diggs and Alexander both came out of the tunnel at Highmark Stadium at the same time during the Buffalo Bills' 27-17 victory over the Packers.

“I don’t care who started it, I finished it,” Diggs said after the game. “I have achieved victory.”
