In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, she shared, “I support many aspects of my life and myself. I have pressure to make a certain amount of money and I like that. And now I've decided I want to do more.

Salma further revealed that she initially had her own preconceived ideas about her husband due to his financial situation. “Rich men are also discriminated against. You immediately think that because someone is rich, maybe they are not a good person, maybe someone who is materialistic, maybe someone who has no values,” she explained. But when she got to know him, those assumptions faded. “It was the last thing I wanted – it wasn’t my type at all. And I came in with the prejudices and he (melted) them all away.”

The couple's bond has only grown stronger over time.
