The latest episode of the hit NBC competition series has just ended and fans are thrilled with the former janitor's victory in the final round of the season. Although fans are excited about what Richard has accomplished through his competition over the past few months, they may be surprised to learn that there is a major caveat to winning the $1 million prize at the end of the season.
