Raiders at Bengals postgame recap

“Burrow to Brown brings Bengals on board”

Joe Burrow capped Cincinnati's first offensive possession with his 16th touchdown pass of the season, a one-yarder to Chase Brown that tied the game 7-7. The drive traveled 70 yards in 13 plays and included a fourth-and-3 conversion when Burrow stepped into the pocket and hit tight end Tanner Hudson for an 11-yard gain.

Burrow completed each of his eight pass attempts on the drive. In the last two games, he went 19 of 20 yards for 111 yards and two touchdowns on the Bengals' first offensive possession.

The Bengals have reached the end zone on their first offensive possession in three of the last four games, with the breakout coming in Week 7 in Cleveland when Charlie Jones gave them an early lead with a 100-yard return on the game's opening kickoff. Sunday's game against Las Vegas marked the first time in the NFL this season that both teams had a 10-plus touchdown drive on their first possession.

Brown's career day

Chase Brown recorded career highs in rushing attempts (27) and rushing yards (120), in addition to scoring his third career touchdown in the first quarter. He also contributed four catches for 33 yards, a career-high 153 total yards from scrimmage.
