New England Patriots set brutal series

New England Patriots set brutal series

Once again the New England Patriots were unable to win. After the win in Week 1, the team has now lost four games in a row.

This time they failed to beat AFC East rivals the Miami Dolphins, losing 15-10 in an ugly game.

Unfortunately, the problems that have plagued the team so far this season have once again become apparent. The Patriots couldn't move the football through the air and the offensive line wasn't particularly good. At this point, it doesn't look like New England has a chance to bounce back.

As shared by NFL on CBS On X, New England has now lost seven straight home games. This is their longest streak in the last 30 years.

Jerod Mayo and the coaching staff have not made any corrections or changes to improve the team. They kept trying to do the same thing and lost four games in a row.

With this defeat, calls for a quarterback change for the Patriots are getting even louder.

Jacoby Brissett just wasn't good. The opposing defense doesn't respect the passing game and doesn't have to pay for it. Instead, New England’s offense was floundering.

Drake Maye sits on the sidelines waiting for his chance. He has a much more talented arm than Brissett and is still expected to take over the starting role at some point this season.

Rumors of the Patriots passing on veteran talent are also growing louder. They have a few pieces that could become trade chips before the NFL trade deadline.

There's not much to be happy about in New England. It doesn't look like that's going to change any time soon.

Hopefully this will be proven wrong in the end. There is still talent in the squad, they just need to put it all together.

The frustration will continue to grow for the time being.
