“Nevada hosts some of the safest and most transparent elections in the country, and I am proud that so many Nevadans are making their voices heard this year,” said Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar. “Election officials across the state have worked extremely hard to deliver results on election night because that is what voters expect. Nevada is a battleground state and we will continue to update unofficial results as counties receive and process additional ballots.

Our office will continue to work closely with county and city election officials to keep voters informed of all important updates prior to the certification of the 2024 general election.”

All hearings regarding the 2024 general election must be conducted by the commissioners or supervisors of each county or city on or before the 10th day following the general election, November 15th. The Nevada Supreme Court will convene on November 26 to consider the election. Election results are unofficial until the canvases are complete.

The deadline for signature removal is Tuesday, November 12th. Voters who returned their ballots by mail or to an official county dropbox should look for messages from their county clerk or registrar to confirm their ballot was counted or provide a signature. If a voter's signature needs to be verified, the clerk/registrar will contact the contact information the voter provided when casting their vote.

Voters can correct their ballots and learn more about the signature correction process at Cure.NV.gov.

The voter turnout figures are unofficial and are continually updated as the vote takes place. Early voting and Election Day voter turnout and absentee voter turnout reports continue to be uploaded to Turnout.NV.gov.
