LeBron James is sending a strong message to Browns fans following Deshaun Watson's injury

One of Cleveland's biggest supporters sent a strong message Tan Fans afterwards Deshaun Watson's injury situation.

Watson suffered what appeared to be a season-ending Achilles tendon tear just before halftime of the team's 21-14 loss to the United States Bengal. A strange scene ensued, with frustrated fans seemingly cheering for an impending quarterback change while Watson lay facedown and distraught as trainers rushed to his side.

Eventually he was taken to the ambulance and received the usual applause from fans whenever an injured player was safely secured and on his way to the locker room. But for many Browns players who haven't forgotten the initial reaction, it was too little too late.

Cornerback Greg Newsome called it “bull***” after the game, while star pass rusher Myles Garrett urged fans to “get better.” Backup quarterback Jameis Winston gave an emphatic sermon to dispel the behavior.

Hours later, earlier Cleveland Cavaliers Superstar LeBron James felt the need to speak out about this issue via X.

James can certainly speak from experience. He has received his fair share of hate from Cleveland fans over the years, especially after he first left the Cavaliers in 2010. During his time with the Cavaliers Miami Heat James then spent the next four years as arguably the most hated sports figure in Cleveland sports history.

When the Akron native returned to Cleveland in 2014 and finally brought the city a championship, the anger-filled relationship between him and the city thawed. So much so that James still plays for them now Los Angeles Lakershis opinion on all things Northeast Ohio is highly regarded.

Apparently, the incident left James so confused that he felt the need to send a clear message to the fanbase with whom he still has a strong connection.
