Have a beautiful Sunday!

It will be a muggy and warm day in San Antonio with only a 10% chance of morning fog and scattered showers. A weak cold front will move through Texas today, but unfortunately it will die down before reaching the Alamo City.

So expect warm afternoons – although not as hot as last week – with highs around 90°.

Meanwhile, a tropical system is likely to move into the Gulf of Mexico this week. Once it reaches tropical storm strength, it will be named Helene.

Helene will likely make landfall somewhere between Mississippi and Florida. While that's not good news for our neighbors to the east, the system will bring drier air to Texas. That means humidity levels in South Central Texas will be comfortably low Friday through the weekend. Expect cooler mornings with temperatures in the 15s and pleasantly warm but comfortable afternoons.

There's a lot to see this week, so we'll keep you posted! ~ Sarah
