Isabella Strahan embraces her wellness journey.

The 19 year old daughter of Good morning America Co-host Michael Strahan gave another update on her post-cancer journey as she continues to enjoy life in Los Angeles since returning to the University of Southern California in August.

Isabella – whose mother is Michael's ex Jean Muggli– a lot of pictures posted on Instagram from a wellness trip to the Alo Gym with her twin sister, Sophiawhich featured multiple side-by-side selfies in matching training sets.

In the adorable photos, Isabella showed off her growing hair, which fans have been cheering about since she completed her final round of chemotherapy to treat her medulloblastoma – a rare form of brain cancer – in June.

The USC student captioned the carousel post “Wellness Reminder” and included a photo of an inspirational quote on the wall in the fitness center that read, “Feel it. Just breathe. Lift each other up. Raise your vibration. Health is wealth.” . Be here.”

Her followers were quick to point out how “gorgeous and healthy” she looked in the new photos and praised her in the comments section

“You and your sister are beautiful,” one commenter wrote. “May you be blessed and cancer-free forever.”

Someone else remarked: “Name a more iconic duo… I'll wait.”

Isabella first responded to comments about her growing hair after posting a TikTok video when she returned to college in August.

After someone pointed out that “the hair is growing so nicely,” she replied, “Thanks, mistress.”

Isabella underwent emergency surgery to remove her malignant brain tumor in October 2023, just a few months into her freshman year at USC and one day before her birthday.

The following year, she underwent two more brain surgeries, as well as radiation therapy and several rounds of chemotherapy. In a YouTube video in July, she announced that she was officially cancer-free after a “great” MRI scan showed that “everything was clear.”

“I don’t have another doctor’s appointment until October,” Isabella said in her video. “I already miss my doctors and everyone who helped me because they are all so nice. I just feel sad today because I know I wouldn't be back for a while because I love her so much.”
