Former Georgia football legend and former Senate candidate Herschel Walker appeared at Donald Trump's rally in Macon on Sunday just two days before Election Day and ended up with a bit of a faux pas.

Walker urged the crowd to vote for Donald Trump Jr., the Republican candidate's son, before quickly correcting himself.

“It stops on Tuesday when we go to the polls and vote for Donald Trump Jr.,” Walker said.

“Donald Trump; Donald J. Trump,” he corrected.

Walker came on stage to bark at the crowd, and the Bulldog legend received a roar when he explained he grew up about 60 miles from the rally's venue. He was barked at even more when he claimed he was back in school at the University of Georgia, where he was supposedly on campus when Laken Riley was murdered on the school fields by an undocumented immigrant.

Walker also touched on key Trump talking points, including illegal immigration, the economy and men in women's sports, saying: “Other countries have respected us. Think about it. Would you like me to compete against your daughter?”

Trump claimed later in his speech that he would create “a US-made missile defense shield that surrounds the country to defend the country.” He said he would put Walker “in charge of this little idiot.”
