Kristen Bell makes a surprising revelation about the iconic TV show Gossip Girl.

The actress who brought the mystery gossip Girl brought to life with her voice-over narration, open to hustle and bustle about how I recently discovered the location of the 2012 series.

She jokingly told the publication: “The funny thing is, as Gossip Girl in Los Angeles, I was just sitting at the microphone; I never filmed with them.”

She turned her head towards her Nobody wants that Co-star Adam Brody, who is married to the gossip Girl Icon Leighton Meester, Bell inquired: “I didn’t even know where they were shooting. Where did they film this show?”

He quipped: “Um, Montreal.”

To which Bell immediately replied, “Okay, this is the first time I’ve heard of this.”

Prompted by the voice actress to clarify his answer, Brody added, “Well, New York.”

The 44-year-old said she missed this important detail of the series as she was keen to add “sappiness” to the “scandalous” plot.

For the uninitiated, the series aired for six seasons (2007-2012) and was one of the most-watched series of its time, starring Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford.
