Eras Tour Opener Makes Bold Statement About Taylor Swift's Habit She Doesn't 'Understand'

One of the singers who appeared as the opening act Taylor Swift's The successful international Eras tour in London, England, has revealed the pop superstar's performance habits they find difficult to understand.

Rayewho opened for Swift at Wembley Stadium on August 20, spoke about her experience in a recent interview with billboard. The British singer said that although taking part in the Eras Tour was “so intimidating”, it was also “an honour”.

The 26-year-old described Swift, 34, as “the nicest, sweetest person” who, despite her life in the spotlight, is “a really normal, lovely human being.” Raye then expressed surprise at how much time the “Cruel Summer” singer spends on stage.

“I'm sorry – I don't understand how this beautiful woman can stand on stage for three hours and tear this thing down and still take the time to say hello,” she said, adding that she and Swift “had a nice chat.” The experience made Raye β€œfall in love with her even more,” she added.

Raye opened for the 14-time Grammy winner on the final night of the Eras Tour in London. The day after the show, she posted a photo of herself with Swift on Instagram and wrote that she was “so grateful” for the opportunity.

Swift initially brought the tour to Wembley Stadium for three consecutive nights in June before returning for five nights in August. The August 20 show also marked the conclusion of the tour of Europe and the United Kingdom, after which Swift took a two-month break from performing.

The “Fortnight” singer is less than two weeks away from resuming her tour with a series of dates across the United States. She will now perform three nights in Miami (Florida), New Orleans (La) and Indianapolis (Indiana) on Friday, October 18th. Their tour then heads to Canada, where it officially ends in early December.
