Drake and Dave's Hot Chicken are giving away free sliders on Thursday

Drake and Dave's Hot Chicken are teaming up to celebrate the music icon's 38th birthday by giving away free chicken on Thursday.

Anyone who goes to a local Dave's and scans the reward in the Dave's Hot Chicken app will receive a free slider.

According to a press release, the deal is only valid for Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

It is only available by visiting your local Dave's and not through online ordering or third-party delivery.

Dave's Hot Chicken has 230 locations. The Milwaukee restaurant is located at 544 E. Ogden Ave. There are also Wisconsin locations in:

Menomonee Falls, N92W16125 Falls Parkway
Wauwatosa, 12345 W. Capitol Drive
Kenosha, 6610 Green Bay Rd.
Madison, 4814 Annamark Drive and 7007 Sligo Drive

This is the third year Drake has partnered with Dave's Hot Chicken for his birthday.
