Bronny James once again did not play for the Los Angeles Lakers, who hosted the Sacramento Kings in a Pacific Division game on Saturday evening.

He also did not play on Friday in the 123-116 win over the Phoenix Suns. The Lakers also won Saturday's game 131-127 and improved to 3-0.

James is expected to remain with the team for the upcoming five-game road trip, which includes a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, before joining the South Bay Lakers of the G League.

In his only regular season appearance of the season, James shot 0-2 from the field and collected one rebound in three minutes of play in the season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
