Derrick Henry joined exclusive company when he scored a first-quarter touchdown in the Baltimore Ravens' 41-10 victory over the Denver Broncos in Week 9.

Henry powered his way into the end zone on a seven-yard run and broke three tackle attempts for his 10th rushing score of the season. It was also his 100th rushing TD in his nine-year career, making him the 10th running back in NFL history to reach this milestone.

The Ravens running back has scored a touchdown in each of the team's games so far this season. Two of his 12 total touchdowns came via receptions – in the 41-31 win over the Buccaneers in Week 7 and the win over the Bills in Week 4.

Henry led the NFL in rushing touchdowns in Week 9 with 946 yards (180 more than the Eagles' Saquon Barkley) and nine rushing touchdowns (one ahead of the Rams' Kyren Williams). He finished Sunday's win with 106 yards and two TDS on 23 carries, earning his fifth 100-yard game of the season.

This was the third year in a row that Henry reached more than 1,000 yards (in just nine games). He has six 1,000-yard seasons in his career, including a 2,027-yard run in the 2020-26 season.

By scoring 10 rushing TDs, Henry has now posted double-digit rushing scores in seven consecutive seasons. He joins Adrian Peterson with seven straight years of ten or more rushing TDs. LaDainian Tomlinson holds the NFL record for most consecutive seasons with more than ten rushing TDs at nine.

Henry expects to move further up the list, perhaps into the top five. He just passed Barry Sanders, who had 99 career rushing TDs, and is now tied with Shaun Alexander and Marshall Faulk with 100 rushing scores . Next on the list is John Riggins at 104, then Jim Brown at 106. With the season he is having, he could certainly overtake both legends.

Emmitt Smith is the NFL's all-time leader in rushing TDs with 164, followed by Tomlinson's 145. Henry signed a two-year deal with Baltimore before this season and after a resurgent 2024 season, he certainly looks like he'll be productive next season. To break into the top five all-time, he must overtake Walter Payton's 110 touchdowns.
