Bo Nix throws his worst pass of the season, missing two wide open receivers on one play

The Denver Broncos and the New Orleans Saints met Thursday Night Football in Week 7, giving Prime Video viewers the QB battle between Bo Nix and Spencer Rattler they've been wanting all season. The duel quickly lived up to the non-existent hype as both teams had to take their first possessions.

On Denver's first drive, Bo Nix caught two first downs with his legs before throwing three consecutive incomplete passes to set up the punt. One of those throws was really bad, as Nix overthrew an open receiver and underthrew another open receiver on the same play.

Tight end Lucas Krull and wide receiver Troy Franklin had both sneaked behind the defense and got free. Nix, unable to get to his feet despite the fact that he had a clean pocket and two open teammates, put it right between them.

Amazingly, the Broncos scored on their next three drives and took a 13-0 lead midway through the second quarter.
