Bills vs. Jets Monday Night Football score, live updates: The post-Robert Saleh era begins as New York hosts Buffalo

Week 6 of the NFL season marks a reset of sorts for the New York Jets.

The club fired head coach Robert Saleh last week after a 23-17 loss to the Vikings in London in which Aaron Rodgers threw three interceptions, including a pick-six in the first quarter. Now defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich is taking over on an interim basis and will try to get the 2-3 Jets back on track, who have a chance at first place in the AFC East with a win over the Bills.

The 3-2 Bills have suffered two straight losses – a blowout loss to the surging Ravens and a walk-off loss to the Texans last week on a 59-yard field goal by Ka'imi Fairbairn as time expired. Josh Allen was temporarily out of the game with head and ankle injuries, but was cleared in the concussion protocol and returned. Although he didn't turn the ball over — and has yet to throw an interception in 131 pass attempts this season — he was just 9 of 30 for 131 yards in that loss, much of which came on a 49-yard catch and run by the rookie -Receiver Keon Coleman.
