Bill Belichick dresses up in a wild couple costume for the Halloween photo shoot with his girlfriend

Legendary NFL head coach Bill Belichick was in the Halloween spirit this year when his girlfriend Jordon Hudson posted a couple's costume photoshoot on Instagram.

The photo shoot took place on the beach.

Belichick was dressed in full fishing gear and had a cigar in his mouth. He smiled as his fishing hook was attached to Hudson, a mermaid.

The 72-year-old Belichick wore a huge fishing hat, a black and yellow rain jacket, jeans and large black boots with his fishing rod.

Hudson, 24, sported a full mermaid tail with red, orange and yellow scales and wore a bejeweled top.

While Belichick dressed up for Halloween for the first time this year, according to TMZ, Hudson was spotted at Walt Disney World this past weekend wearing a New York Giants cropped T-shirt and short shorts that her boyfriend wore during his time coaching the team through the 1980s.

Belichick only joined Instagram in September and made the announcement during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, which received widespread applause from the group at the time. He reposted a photo of Hudson.

“Over the last few months, not being with a team, I haven't had the opportunity to immediately express my thoughts,” said Belichick, who was not given another head coaching job after parting ways with the Patriots several times in more than two decades with the organization.

“So, now I'm changing that. I tried to join 'SnapFace' but couldn't find it. I decided this would be a good place to land so I could talk to you and show you what I'm up to.”

“Welcome to the 'Gram, Billy!!!!” Hudson added.

Belichick also had an infamous Halloween moment when star receiver Randy Moss invited the then-Patriots head coach and his team to a Halloween party at a roller skating rink. To the amazement of his troops, Belichick arrived in full pirate costume along with his then-wife Debby Clarke Belichick.

No longer coaching, Belichick plunged into the world of sports media after failing to find his next coaching job, showing a more entertaining side of himself that was hidden from him during his time as a coach.
