Ariana Grande apologizes to Elvira for the rude meeting

Ariana Grande has apologized to Elvira after the horror host shared an encounter in which the pop singer was allegedly disrespectful to her.

During a question and answer session at Knott's Scary Farm in Buena Park, California, Elvira was asked about her seediest celebrity encounter. She named Grande and recalled attending one of her events, bringing 20 guests and charging 21 tickets. Grande came backstage and asked if her friends and family could join her, and Elvira claimed she took a photo with everyone except Grande, who turned her down.

“Then I say to her, 'Can we take a picture together?' and she says, 'No, I don't actually do that,'” Elvira said. In a clip of the question-and-answer session that went viral on TikTok, Elvira went on to say that Grande then left before her show even started and that her family stayed.

Elvira posted screenshots of an article on her Instagram that recapitulated the encounter, after which Grande apologized and explained that the incident took place seven years ago and that she left early because she was suffering from an anxiety attack.

“I am so disheartened to see this,” Grande wrote. “Actually, I don't even remember having the opportunity to meet you because I had an anxiety attack and from what I remember I left before the rest of my family (this was about 7 years ago and at the time I was really unwell). not so good.) in public crowds or noisy places)… but if I remember this moment incorrectly, I sincerely apologize for offending you so much. Thank you for being so kind to my mother. She told me how nice you were (she may have different feelings now, but I'll talk to her…sure, we all have our days!) I always send her love. ❤ You will always be our Halloween queen!”

Grande is currently gearing up to star in the big-screen adaptation of “Wicked,” which is set to hit theaters on November 22nd.
