We found out on Saturday that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields has tweaked his hamstring and is now listed as questionable for Monday's game against the New York Giants.

Please excuse me if this all seems a bit suspicious. The NFL trade deadline is just nine days away, and if the Steelers were inclined to trade Fields and get help at wide receiver, for example, they want to be sure they have a reason not to play him against the Giants on Monday allow.

It all seems a little too convenient to me that Russell Wilson played really well in his first start of the season last week, and now Fields is injured right before a game the Steelers were supposed to win comfortably and then head into the bye week.

We'll soon find out if this is just a silly conspiracy theory or if the Steelers are really making a big deal before the trade deadline.
