Both Alabama and LSU have a bye on November 2nd, giving them plenty of time to prepare for their crucial SEC showdown.

Tigers head coach Brian Kelly has already been asked whether the Crimson Tide and Alabama were back to their old selves after the storm Missouri last weekend. Kelly gave a hilarious response.

“What does this old me look like?” What, is Nick Saban back? Nick is on the sidelines? He is everywhere. Matchdayhe is there Matchday to. Did you know that? “Oh my God,” Kelly said. “I’m not sure what old Alabama is. They have great staff. They are well trained. You know, we certainly know it's going to be a big challenge, but that's the SEC every week. It will be the same. I don’t know that there is a feeling that our team is not capable of competing with anyone and playing at their best when it matters most.”

Brian Kelly continued to follow the Alabama game before Kalen DeBoer's first game against the Tigers while also leading the Crimson Tide program.

“We definitely have to play four quarters,” Kelly said. “And I know they're worried and excited about the opportunity to play and watch at Tiger Stadium, and I think I've said that in the press after there's, you know, a 24-hour rule. But after a win it's easier to have that. The 24 hours after a loss lingers a lot longer and these guys are going to want to play and can’t wait to play Alabama.”
