In the presidential race, Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump are running, with Minnesota's ten electoral votes at stake. Minnesota typically elects Democrats for president, although the state has not elected a Republican since 1972.

Lottery revenue measures election results

Minnesotans will be asked on their ballots whether the state should continue using lottery funds for the environment. This was first approved by voters in 1988.

US Senate: Amy Klobuchar wins re-election over Royce White

US Senator Amy Klobuchar won re-election against Republican Royce White in the race for US Senate. Klobuchar was elected to the Senate in 2006.

A vote in Anoka will ask residents whether the city should implement a municipal solid waste, recycling and yard waste collection system.

Bloomington election results

Bloomington voters will decide whether to end ranked-choice voting in local elections.

Rochester election results

Rochester voters will decide on a $19 million school funding referendum on Nov. 5 while also electing the next president. The measure aims to prevent school closures and workforce cuts, but would raise property taxes, making it a hard sell for some residents. If approved, property taxes on a $350,000 home would increase by $29 per month.

Kathleen Fawke vs. Ann Johnson Stewart in the election results for Senate District 45

Democrat Ann Johnson Stewart won the special election in Senate District 45 in a race against Republican Kathleen Fawke, giving Democrats the majority in the state Senate.

St. Cloud election results

In St. Cloud, both the city's mayor and three council seats are up for election.

Longtime St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis announced in April that he would not seek re-election after serving the city for nearly two decades. Mike Conway and Jake Anderson are both running to fill the seat.

There are six candidates for three at-large seats for the City Council:

• George Hontos
• Scott Brodeen
• Mark Johnson
• Hudda Ibrahim
• Tami Calhoun

There are also two voting questions for St. Cloud residents:

• Question 1: Approve $43.5 million in bonds to finance construction of a new fire station and other public safety improvements.
• Question 2: Amending city law to postpone mayoral and city council elections to odd-numbered years beginning in 2029.

Minnesota House election results

All 134 seats in the Minnesota House are up for grabs on Tuesday. Democrats hope to retain the House majority they have had since 2018, although that majority shrank to six seats in 2020.
