To the editor,

The deadline to vote is here. Many people cast their votes early, either by mail, at the ballot box or in person at the district office.

If you haven't voted tomorrow, please take some time and go to your polling place to vote in person. Voting is your right, and the only way to ensure that this right is upheld is in your hands.

Since and before I was elected to the Maricopa City Council, I wanted to serve my fellow man – give people a voice. This desire to serve was not limited to the city's residents.

I have met many people who also want to serve other people. Not just good people running for office, like Ross Teeple for Sheriff, Teresa Martinez and Chris Lopez for State House, and TJ Shope for State Senate, but also others – including people outside of my political party and people who are nothing have to do with politics. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and will have.

I don't consider myself a politician, but a civil servant. But I need your vote to take office and restore a sense of honesty, integrity and service to the Pinal County Supervisor's office in our county. I promise I will be here to serve you. If you have already voted, thank you! If you voted for me, a big thank you!

But if you haven't already, please take the time to vote. It matters no matter who you vote for or what issues you support or not. Only you can protect this right.

Sincerely,

Rich Vitiello, Cobblestone Farms

Republican candidate for Pinal County Supervisor in District 1
