Taylor Swift fan says star's stylist bought her old Chiefs jacket on eBay: 'I'm freaking out'

“The jacket around my shoulders is yours?”

A lifelong Swiftie claims Taylor Swift's stylist purchased her vintage Kansas City Chiefs bomber jacket online and then gifted it to the pop star for Monday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“Y'all, Taylor Swift wore my old jacket to the Chiefs game tonight,” a user named Court said in a TikTok on Tuesday.

Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium wearing a black varsity leather jacket with red and yellow detailing on the sleeves. The coat featured several large arrowhead logos and “Chiefs” was emblazoned on the back.

After photos of the “Fortnight” singer at the game went viral, Court's mother commented on how “familiar” it looked — prompting her to do some research.

“And then I asked myself, 'Did we sell this on eBay?'” she reflected. “So I asked my dad and he said, 'Yeah, isn't that the one who went to California?'”

The woman claimed Swift's stylist bought the coat on eBay.
The jacket sold for $169.

Although Court didn't believe him at first, they went back and checked all of their eBay sales and confirmed that the jacket was shipped to Los Angeles.

Although Swift apparently did not purchase the coat under her own name, Court claimed the singer's stylist, Joseph Cassell Falconer, was listed on the order form.

“I'm a long-time Swiftie – I'm talking almost 20 years – and even I don't know the name of her stylist or who bought the jacket,” she shared.

The court attached a photo to the listing that shows an image of a coat nearly identical to the one Swift wore. Although she withheld the buyer's name, the jacket was listed for $169.

After looking through photos of Swift's jacket, Court noticed that it appeared to have the same minor flaws as her old coat.

“So we checked it over and over again and not only is it the exact same jacket, but in the pictures we listed on eBay you can see some kind of bend in it, and you can see the exact same bend in the picture “How she wears it,” she explained. “I can’t make this up.”

“This is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me,” she said of the situation. AP

Court said he was looking for old photos of himself in the coat to prove they were the same thing – but in the meantime she couldn't wait to share the possible connection.

“I’m freaking out,” she said. “Thank you to Taylor's stylists for purchasing the jacket. As a lifelong Chiefs fan and Super Swiftie, this is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me!”

Swift is known to source most of her Chiefs clothing from local vintage stores in Kansas City, all of which sell similar vintage-style jackets.

Swift typically pairs her vintage picks with more expensive designer pieces — like the Christian Louboutin knee-high cowboy boots ($2,195), stunning vintage Chanel necklace and Dior saddle bag ($4,400), which she wore on Monday night .

The “Cruel Summer” singer watched the game with her boyfriend Travis Kelce's parents, her mother Andrea, her brother Austin and her friend Brittany Mahomes, who wore a denim set.

The two WAGS experienced a mix of emotions during the game, from Patrick Mahomes' injury to a game-winning touchdown in overtime.
