Summary: Wizards lose to Warriors, 125-112

If you look at the main image, you'll see the most interesting image from the Washington Wizards' 125-112 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, a national icon, came with a message. His players then made sure there was nothing too exciting or interesting on the pitch that evening.

The Warriors started the game decisively, with Steph Curry being crucial despite coming back from an ankle injury. He looked good with 18 points in the first two periods of the game, which ensured that he didn't have to log huge minutes down the stretch (around 24 minutes in total).

The first quarter ended with 29:20 in the Warriors' advantage and from then on the scoreboard didn't change much, it basically just hovered around the Warriors' small double-digit lead.

We haven't even had one of those patented #SoWizards comebacks from behind…

Impressively, the Warriors continued their trend of strength through numbers, employing no fewer than a dozen players who played significant minutes.

If you have nothing else to do and happen to look at the box score, you might think there is a typo there. Did Kyshawn George actually shoot 17 (one, seven) three-pointers for the Wizards? Jordan Poole definitely needed 10. I guess that must be a Wizard's strategy. The Wizards shot a dismal 23 percent from deep. I guess it was just a bad night of filming. I would wonder if it might be an NBA record in attempts for a rookie.
