Taylor Swift “importantly reminds her fans of the US elections” | Ents & Arts News

Taylor Swift has given her American fans a “kind but critically important” reminder to vote in the presidential election.

The Head-to-head racing between Kamala Harris And Donald Trump This is believed to be the closest since 2000. US stars have campaigned for both candidates.

There has been a lot of speculation about this Fast would perform at Ms. Harris' final rally in Pennsylvania – where the 34-year-old singer grew up.

However, the Shake It Off singer was at Arrowhead Stadium to support her boyfriend – NFL star Travis Kelce – who was playing for the Kansas City Chiefs in a game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Swift's election reminder came in a post she published on the eve of election night, in which she celebrated the conclusion of the U.S. leg of her Eras tour and shared images from her final three performances.

In the Instagram post, the singer wrote: “Thank you to everyone who came to see us at our last three American shows.”

“And here is a friendly but extremely important reminder that tomorrow is the US election and your last chance to vote.”

Next week she will begin her tour in Canada, with six shows in Toronto and three in Vancouver.

Their record-breaking shows, which have boosted economies around the globe, will come to an end on December 8th.

Swift publicly reiterated her support for Ms Harris in September, sharing the message on social media: “I believe we can achieve so much more in this country when we are guided by calm and not chaos.”

At the time, Swift also posted links to information about how to register to vote and find out early voting dates, reminding voters, “Your research is entirely yours, and the decision is yours.”

After sharing a photo of the star cuddling one of her beloved cats, she captioned her post, “Childless Cat Lady,” as a nod to the Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance's now infamous remarks from 2021.
