The general election is officially just five days away and both presidential candidates will be in Milwaukee on Friday.

There has been speculation that Veterans Park will be the location for Vice President Kamala Harris' visit, which she has promised will also include a concert featuring the Isley Brothers, GloRilla, Flo Milli and others. A large stage structure is currently being built in the park.

Trump and Harris are holding rallies in Wisconsin on Friday

But TMJ4's Brendyn Jones spoke with a Harris campaign staffer who says Veterans Park will not be the site of Harris' rally. Further details will be announced later.

There are permits filed with the City of Milwaukee showing that the Harris Campaign has received a noise permit for a concert at Veterans Park that runs through Monday evening.

However, the campaign manager could not confirm whether any campaign events were planned at Veterans Park before the election.

Friday night will be busy in Milwaukee – just a few miles from the Veterans Park facility, former President Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally at the Fiserv Forum.

Parking restrictions have already been put in place around Fiserv Forum for special events and will go into effect Friday.

Brendyn has contacted the Milwaukee Police Department, the County Parks Department and District 4 Councilman Bob Bauman to ask about road closures in the area.
