“College Gameday Crew makes predictions for BYU/UCF game.”

ORLANDO, Fla. – ESPN's College Gameday team has made predictions for today's BYU/UCF game.

The game day was No. 13 Indiana vs. Washington in Bloomington, Indiana. Like BYU, the Hoosiers are undefeated at 7-0 this season.

The show's celebrity guest was Kyle Schwarber, former Indiana baseball player and current Philadelphia Phillies star.

College Gameday Picks for BYU/UCF

  • Desmond Howard: BYU
  • Nick Saban: BYU
  • Pat McAfee: BYU
  • Kyle Schwarber: BYU
  • Lee Corso: UCF
  • Kirk Herbstreit: BYU

“They’re going to stop UCF’s run game,” Desmond Howard said of why he’s choosing BYU.

“I think BYU is all in on this one,” Nick Saban added.

This is the fourth time a BYU game has reached the “Saturday Selections” portion of College Gameday. Kirk Herbstreit was always a favorite for BYU.

Every time BYU ends up in the Saturday picks segment on game day, Herbstreit picks the Cougs.

“I think Jake Retzlaff finds a way to win this game,” Herbstreit said.

At the start of the show, Stanford chose Steve UCF to cover the route.

Along with Stanford Steve, Lee Corso picked UCF to beat BYU. At the start of the College Gameday broadcast, Corso and his 1979 Indiana Hoosiers team were honored. They were the team that defeated undefeated BYU in the 1979 Holiday Bowl.

Corso has shown a tendency to pick against BYU this season. Earlier this year, he picked Baylor to beat BYU when the Cougars played on the road.

BYU enters today's matchup at 7-0 overall and 4-0 in the Big 12. UCF has lost its last four games and is 1-3 in Big 12 action.
