Philadelphia Eagles fans celebrate thrilling win against New Orleans Saints

The Philadelphia Eagles win against the New Orleans Saints, fans experienced a rollercoaster of emotions on Sunday afternoon.

The week three game ended with a much-needed win for the fans who filled Yards Brewing in Spring Garden.

“Great win, man,” said Dave Wilson of Mount Airy. “Let's go, Birds!”

“That was the best defensive game we’ve ever played,” said Oleg Kariouk of Delaware County.

One of the youngest fans was ten-month-old Leo Bradley, who watched the nerve-wracking duel in his festive matchday outfit.

“He's wearing his little fan jersey,” said Leo's mother, Molly Bradley. “He has his soccer balls on his pacifier clip.”

Between the cheering and the singing, there were also some close decisions and Injuries.

“I was scared,” said Tameka Wilson of Mount Airy. “My heart was pounding, but I knew we could do it.”

“I think they definitely turned things around at the end,” said Nick Schumacher of Fishtown.

“I really thought we were going to lose,” Kariouk said.

Through it all, one fan kept the energy high even in the worst moments by getting the whole bar to join in with the Eagles chants.

“When our team does something good, we celebrate,” Kariouk said. “When they do something bad, we boo them, like Philadelphia.”

Finally, the Birds made it, resulting in overwhelming relief and bringing longtime fans together with new fans.

“We knew we were definitely raising an Eagles fan in our son,” Bradley said. “So it's always exciting to be able to be here with friends and family.”

“I grew up with this team,” Kariouk said. “I will still always love them.”
